Collection Point & Appointments

For security reasons, all collections are by appointment only. Our collection point address is shared privately with clients following appointment confirmation.

To arrange an appointment, please contact us with:

  • Your order number or item of interest
  • Your preferred date and time
  • Your full name

A valid photo ID is required upon collection. Collection available Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Saturday by prior arrangement.

Authentication & Entrupy Enquiries

Every item listed on Eliana Luxury has been authenticated by our in-house specialists. All items also receive independent AI-powered verification through Entrupy — the world’s leading luxury authentication technology.

For authentication questions, additional close-up imagery, or to request an Entrupy certificate, please email clientservices@elianaluxury.com with your order number and item details.

If you believe an item is not authentic, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate promptly and, where authenticity cannot be confirmed, issue a full refund including original shipping costs. See our Authenticity Guarantee for full details.

Returns & Order Support

  • Initiate a return by contacting us within 14 days of delivery with your order number
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all dust bags, authenticity cards and accessories
  • Returns due to our error are arranged at our cost with a full refund
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection
  • For order tracking, please include your order number and checkout email address

Are all items guaranteed authentic?
Yes. Every item undergoes rigorous in-house authentication. All items also receive independent Entrupy AI verification. We offer a full refund if authenticity cannot be confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days via tracked, insured courier. International delivery times vary. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I view an item in person before purchasing?
No. We Do Not offer private viewing appointments at our collection point.
Do your items come with original packaging?
Where available, original boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards are listed in the product description. All items are dispatched in premium Eliana Luxury packaging regardless of original accessories.
Can I request additional photographs?
Absolutely. We are happy to provide close-up images of hardware, stitching, date codes or interior condition upon request. Simply message us via WhatsApp or email before purchasing.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We offer a premium gift presentation service. Please contact us at the time of ordering to arrange gift wrapping and a personalised message card.
Can I sell or consign my designer pieces with Eliana Luxury?
