How Collection Works

Our collection process is simple, private and designed around your convenience.

    Place Your Order — Complete your purchase online as normal. Collection is available once your order has been confirmed.

    Contact Us to Book — Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, preferred date and time, and your full name.
  • 03
    Receive Confirmation — We will confirm your appointment and share the private collection address within 24 hours.
  • 04
    Collect Your Piece — Arrive at the agreed time with your order confirmation and photo ID. Your item will be presented and packaged for you.

  • Monday – Friday, 10am – 3pm
  • Saturday by prior arrangement
  • Sunday & Bank Holidays — closed
  • Appointments only — no walk-ins

What to Bring

  • Order confirmation (email or screenshot)
  • Photo ID (passport or driving licence)
  • The card used for payment if requested

Location

Our collection address is shared privately following appointment confirmation. We do not publish our address publicly to ensure the privacy and security of all clients.

Response Time

We aim to confirm all appointment requests within 24 hours during business hours. Requests submitted over the weekend will be responded to on the next working day.
