Every item is carefully assessed by Eliana Luxury before listing. We review visible brand details, craftsmanship, materials, hardware, serial/date details where applicable, and condition.

Selected eligible items may also receive independent Entrupy verification where available. Where an Entrupy certificate is included, this will be clearly stated in the product listing.

Condition Assessment

Every item is graded for stitching, hardware, corners, handles, interior lining, glazing, and accessories.

Every item is individually assessed and graded for condition before listing. We do not rely on supplier-assigned grades alone — our team conducts an independent condition review to ensure the description accurately reflects what you will receive.

Pristine / New

Unworn or virtually unworn. No visible signs of use. May include original tags, dustbag, or box.

Grade B

Excellent

Lightly used with minimal signs of wear. Maintains shape, structure and finish. Hardware bright and intact.

Grade C

Very Good

Visible light wear consistent with use. May show minor scuffs or slight fading. Still presents beautifully.

Grade D

Good

Moderate signs of use clearly noted and photographed. Priced to reflect condition. Fully functional.

Full condition details, including photographs of any areas of wear, are included on every product listing. Complete transparency is the only standard worth keeping.
