At Eliana Luxury, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Include all original accessories, dust bags, authenticity cards, straps, tags (where applicable), and packaging supplied with the order.
  • Show no signs of additional wear, damage, alterations, or misuse after delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Choose the items you want to return and self-start your return by selecting “Start a Return” and following the instructions provided.
  2. If you find it challenging to start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  4. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  5. Please do not send your item back until your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent.

We recommend using a fully insured and trackable delivery service, as Eliana Luxury cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality and condition inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Products returned outside the 14-day return window.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or are missing original components.

Every piece sold by Eliana Luxury is carefully assessed before being listed. Our return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

International Returns

We gladly accept eligible international returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our standard return conditions.

Returning from Outside the UK

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request return approval.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged.
  • All international returns must be sent using a fully insured and trackable courier service.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred during the return remain the responsibility of the sender.
  • Please ensure your return is declared appropriately to avoid unnecessary customs delays or additional charges.

Eliana Luxury is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit. We recommend retaining your proof of postage and tracking information until your refund has been completed.
